State-owned petrochemical enterprise producing urea fertilizer, ammonia, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, distilled water and thermal electricity. It is the largest chemical manufacturing enterprise in Afghanistan and supplies fertilizer to the agricultural sector while also producing industrial gases.
